In 1985, inspired by Yves Lebouc's original idea, Jean-Pierre Cassigneul created his lithographed folding screen "Les Jardin du Luxembourg", measuring 145/194 cm. On these four panels, the artist depicts large lithographs with light, elegant, airy female silhouettes unlike any other by artists of his time. The result is a majestic, mysterious impression of a young woman's nostalgic stroll through a sumptuous garden, occasionally passing other passers-by. On this panel, the main subject is no exception: a young woman in a harmony of yellow stands on the lawn walking her little dog towards a flowerbed. Behind her, a dove takes flight and tends to disappear from the composition. In the distance, a woman with a black stroller.
