A dancing figure emerges from this very large painting. Arms wide open and legs in motion express the character’s liveliness. The reason for the raised arm remains unexplained, as anonymity, a constant in Michel Haas’s work, persists. Appearing thanks to scratched paper and midnight-blue paint, this silhouette seems suspended in the eternity of the work.
