Olivier O. Olivier, Morceaux choisis, La Chevelure, 2009
This charcoal work remains highly mysterious, taking on the air of a rite of passage. The long hair of the first woman, presumably kneeling, resembles a gravity-defying stream. Behind this torrent of hair, two other women appear. One is almost obliterated, but the other, in a biblical position, is crossing this abundant hair.
