Miró, Joan, The Moss Garden, 1968

This etching, aquatint and carborundum is rich in different textures of black and several vivid colors. Green, the color of creativity, is diffusely printed on the paper, at times very dense and at other times more sparse, giving the illusion of a veritable Japanese garden, like so many small, tapering plants.
