This composition precedes Bouquet bleu<\/u><\/a> of 1974, and already gives a central place to the still life: Marc Chagall<\/a> places the oversized bouquet at the center of the composition. This time, he accompanies it with a basket of fruit in the foreground, while the two lovers play an almost secondary role.
